Todays management team meeting of the DR BAUMANN INSTITUT was about: managing with "growth in mind"
This is the realistic growth plan of the DR BAUMANN INSTITUT based on the recent 10 weeks of operation: see the growth chart below. The first 10 weeks already happened and the rest of the time (until the end of the year) is about to happen.
The growth between August and July performance was about 14%. Taking the same growth rate for the next months shows the following growth chart as you can see below.
Having "growth in mind" is an essential realisation. This is true as you filter each and every one of the 10 Marketing and Branding Points through the filter of growth.
Yes, growth is also the outcome and not necessary the target. However, if you do the right things while having "growth in mind" you will definitely achieve the necessary growth as well as keeping the principles and the growth conditions in place.
When having "growth in mind", you maintain the necessary awareness to all the processes and practices that end up with the necessary growth...versus "being unaware" and waking up in the end of the month just to find out that you did not grow and or even face a regression...
Having "growth in mind" is actually living within the vision. This keeps the vision of growth and achievements alive and vital...directing and guiding your doings so that you end up achieving the vision exactly as you wish!
