This POST is all about Feedback and Focus

The first days of August sales of DR BAUMANN DAS INSTITUTshowed ZERO GROWTH vs the same time period in 2018. 

This fact was discovered quickly as I receive daily sales reports of the recent 4 years. Reports are another form of FEEDBACK that can assist if you pay attention and read them .

We gathered the team of DR BAUMANN DAS INSTITUT and shared this fat with the team. We gave them a real TIME FEEDBACK

We HIGHLIGHTED activities and priorities that must be implemented. 

The current August sales of DR BAUMANN DAS INSTITUT are 79% higher that in the same time period of 2018 and the entire sales of 2019 is 51% higher that the same time period (1.1.2018 - 27.8.2018) in 2018. 

conclusion- reading and analysing reports, giving your team real time feedbacks, choosing TOP PRIORITY activities and action and focusing ONLY on those TOP PRIORITIES and ignoring and avoiding all sort of NOT IMPORTANT priorities and activities can and will lead to GREATNESS.

HR AGRICULTURE Stand for HUMAN RESOURCES PLANTATIONS:

Same as you will not BUY AND PLANT bad SEEDS , don't agree to EMPLOY and GROW bad team members /staff!!!

Not only that you won't enjoy harvesting sweet fruits, but, those bed SEEDS may intoxicate your entire plantation.

Those bed SEEDS will turn tube weeds that won't only give you any crop but they will kill some of your BEST SEEDS ( by gossip and low personal standards).

HR Stand for HUMAN RESOURCES hence PEOPLE are your resources and therefore YOU MUST MAKE SURE that you manage those resources OR you loose those resources. 

Most of the organisations that I come across SUFFER BIG TIME from:

  1. indifferent staff
  2. staff that steals money 
  3. staff that steals time 
  4. staff that steals your MIND 
  5. staff that DESN'T KNOW THE ORGANISATIONS PURPOSE (the why)
  6. staff that DESN'T have any personal growth plans or intentions
  7. staff that DESN'T work well in teamwork
  8. staff that isn't educated about they products and services they sell 
  9. staff that doesn't know how to sell ( because they don't care about selling)
  10. staff that isn't motivated toTHINKS BIG 
  11. staff that isn't DISCIPLINED TO FOLLOW PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES 

to say the least !!!!!

And yet there are great businesses that are GREAT BECAUSE their HR CHOICES were done properly and carefully not to allow the UPPER STAFF TIPES to mix with their HUMAN RESOURCES standards.

Better NOT TO HAVE STAFF than mohave the upper weeds / staff in your premises.  

DON'T COMPROMIZE !!!

The greatest businesses go for the following criteria:

  1. Honesty / Authenticity 
  2. Professionalism 
  3. Energy 

Don't compromise and take time to evaluate new staff via those filters and ask yourself if the staff member that you are about to hire is someone you would accept into your own family as an IDELA family member.

one thing at a time

People play with the IDEA OF MULTI-TASKING and are even proud to describe themselves as MULTI-TUSKERS. 

Truth is that if they do TWO THINGS ( or even more) at the same time, they can not allow 100% focus on both things at the same time and "both things" will suffer from that basic lack of focus. How many times you don't remember what you actually ate recently? why? because you were busy talking on your phone while eating. 

The faster route to great achievement is 

  1. choose a goal 
  2. start to take action towards the goal
  3. first action is to choose the strategy / your to do list 
  4. second action is to break down each coming activity into smaller activities 
  5. last action: do each smaller activity at its time. Stay focused on the smaller activities and don't let any distractions.
  • plan rests time, planning time, evaluation / feedback time as an activity and when the time comes: just rest, just plan, just measure and get feedback and don't any distractions.

DO ONE THING AT A TIME - Keep moving and you will ARRIVE

When you (especially) win, constantly publishing your GROWTH RATES ( each mont as you progress) will build a community of followers that would like to be WINNERS just as YOU ARE. It is the sense of "BELONGING" that'll activate the "good feelings" of the business followers, it's communites of: customers, ambassadors, staff and management / owners.

BELONGING to a "winning organisation" can make one feel good, feel smart of making the choice to BELONG to this constant growing business. 

People who feel SMART love to share their pride with their circles of friends sand communities,,,as if they themselves are the OWNERS OF THE constant growing business. 

BELONGING to a "winning organisation" can also INSPIRE customers, ambassadors, staff and management / owners, to adopt similar growth ideas and growth spirit into their owns business and organisations etc...

BELONGING to a "winning organisation" can also REVIVE the feeling of HOPE. Hoping that the economy will grow, that their own businesses will grow etc...

It is like being the supporter of FC MANCHESTER UNITED and celebrating each time your football club wins, it makes you feel as if YOU WERE playing and YOU YOURSELF won the game...

Summary - when your business grows and the business growth is really remarkable, it makes sense (see all the above raisins) to share your business growth facts with customers, ambassadors, staff and management / owners and celebrate the growth progress at each and every new milestone!!! It will make your customers and staff PROUND AND HAPPY and will enhance total customer loyalty!!!

It is a 248% accumulative growth within the recent 3 years. All done in a declining economy where similar businesses closed down!

Goal setting is actually DIVING not climbing. Even that we grew up to believing or IMAGINING OURSELVES CLIMBING to the TOP and raising our hands declaring I DID IT!!!

You were born into a free fall to your destiny and you must FIND YOUR GOALS (you landing spot - the net). 

You can't waste time as the END is coming so fast ( how many times you hear "life is short").

You must constatly STAY FOCUSED and you can't loose eye contact with your goals / the net. 

You must TAKE ACTION and FLY towards your goals / the net. 

There are obstacles ( air streams ) that may drift and or shift your streight flight towards your goals / the net and you mustn't be distracted and CUT TROUGH IT.

YOU CAN FLY if you use your natural gifts, open your hands and BECOME a bird. Yes, you can fly as if you are a bird , IF YOU TRY. 

Don't accept crashing down and missing the net, you can definitely NAVIGATE towards the net if you choose to.

Many people before you made it to the NET and so can you if you choose to, if you accept that missing the net is not an option 

Most people just accept the bitter end and won't do anything about it while waiting for a miracle ...praying and hoping. 

It is about YOUR TRANSFORMATION from passive viewer to an active master of your destiny. 

It is about YOUR TRANSFORMATION from being the cocoon and transformed into a butterfly.

Before YOUR TRANSFORMATION you just dropped down like a stone and now AFTER YOU TRANSFORMATION you got those wings and you can fly

IN OTHER WORDS, how can customers choose between 2 or more options ? or, how do you know anything about making choices? about what is good, bad, worst or the best? How did you choose your religion? Your hairstyle? Your CAR, TV FRIDGE etc... The answer is: you most probably looked at what other people do and do the same. You read customers reviews, customer ratings etc...and when making a similar choice to what most other people chose IT MADE YOU FEEL SAFE. 

It is a super important responsibility that every business must practice by publishing regularly ( at least each month)

BUSY vs PRODUCTIVE

BUSY vs PRODUCTIVE

Are you just BUSY or are you really  PRODUCTIVE and EFFECTIVE is the question that many businesses miss. 

Most people are SO BUSY to the point that ey have ZERO TIME to take care of themselves not to speak about their family etc...

They never or hardly go to GYM because they are simply SOOOOOOOOO BUSY. 

They will quickly snack junk food because they are simply SOOOOOOOOO BUSY. 

They will forget their LIFE GOALS because they are simply SOOOOOOOOO BUSY. 

BUSY is a dangerous mindset as it makes people take quick instinct decisions and choices just because they are simply SOOOOOOOOO BUSY. 

So, instinct decisions and choices turns to be their LIFE MANAGEMENT STYLE.....That is referred to the RIGHT SIDE OF THE MIND which is in charge of SURVIVAL. 

In the same time, you have the left side of your brain which is able to: analyse, dissect , calculate, evaluate and plan. 

In order to move from BEING SOOOOO BUSY to becoming SOOOOO PRODUCTIVE, you will HAVE TO SLOW DOWN and analyse, dissect , calculate, evaluate and plan. You will HAVE TO USE YOUR LEFT SIDE simply because the right side / the instinctive SIDE is not able to: analyse, dissect , calculate, evaluate and plan. IT SIMPLY CANNOT, full stop!!! 

Every EVENING BY THE END of the day ( and again every morning ) YOU MUST HOLD YOUR GOALS IN YOUR MIND ( or even better, write the down on paper and remind yourself every day about them) and CHOOSE YOUR 3 MOST IMPORTANT TASKS OF THE DAY. That needs PROCESSING POWER to go through all your TO DO LIST and SELECT those 3 MOST IMPORTANT TASKS OF THE DAY. You must be totally focused, quite and ISOLATED from any instinctive emotions so that you will succeed in your best choices and plans. YOUR 3 MOST IMPORTANT TASKS OF THE DAY must be the shortest and most effective activities that will bring you closer to your GOALS. 

That routine must be repeated each and every day without stop. That is the different management style that RESULTS IN BEING SUPER PRODUCTIVE vs just being SOOOOO BUSY ( going nowhere).

See the e-mail bellow. I received it today. It is about a business in the UK offering / quoting me for printing my visit cards in the UK while I am in South Africa. The stupid person that sent it was SOOOOO BUSY sending irrelevant information to a NO POTENTIAL CLIENT in a distance country etc.... in the same time, the same person could do something much more effective and approach POTENTIAL customers instead of wasting his time and the money that he was paid!!!

CAN'T hold it in your MIND

Well that is IT, IF CAN'T hold it in your MIND ....you will never be able to hold it in your hand.

It is as SIMPLE AS IT SOUNDS. You may wonder , that all there is ? and the answer is NO. there is MUCH MORE but YES, that all there is to start with!!!

If you think that it is too easy to be true. Well, give it a try and let's see how well you score.....

Try to hold it in your mind, without loosing it. Non-stop focusing on it and not allowing any distractions. 

Because it is those distractions that will kick you out of your super focus on what you "hold in' your mind, otherwise, at the moment that you stop holding it in your mind, you will loose it all ....and you will need to start it all again...and again...

Otherwise, your own thoughts, your own worries my interrupt your FOCUS on "holding it" in your mind and you will again slide back to the beginning and will need to start it all again. 

It happens every day to most of us and the winners are the ones that NO MATTER WHAT stick to the principle and KEEP HOLDING IT in your mind just because it is the MOST IMPORTANT PRINCIPLE to become successful. 

Define your desires in all areas of life, now focus on the financial area, on your wealth and HOLD THIS SUPER SUCCESS IMAGE and own it. Do, loose it and work on detailing this image daily. update your vision, put it on a timeline and start working to get there while NOT ONLY NEVER LOOSING YOUR SUCEES IMAGE but constantly busy improving the vibrance and the clarity of what you desire.

The answer is that your current amount of EXISTING customers are with you because they "bit" your current hooks. Hence, if you want MORE CUSTOMERS you need "MORE HOOKS" Or if you want to have "OTHER CUSTOMERS" (richer, more knowledgable, vegans, animal protection supporters, climate aware customers, younger etc...) , so, in order to attract those NEW CUSTOMERS / OTHER CUSTOMERS to the one that you already have, you will need "OTHER HOOKS" >>> NEW CUSTOMERS / OTHER CUSTOMERS = "OTHER HOOKS". The NEW COSMETIC MACHINE that you may purchase may be a game changer and act as YOUR "OTHER HOOK" and be the magnets to attract customers that you didn't have so far. Once that you will have a NEW INCREASED TRAFFIC of new customers that will be attracted to the services offered by your NEW BEAUTY MACHINES, the same NEW CUSTOMERS / OTHER CUSTOMERS can be directed by you and introduced to all your other services and products which they didn't know that you offer.
